Our gorgeous holiday flat, surrounded by orchards and pastures, is individually designed and very attractively furnished.

The open-plan design of the living room, the dining room and the kitchen with kitchen island form one unit and allow for an inspiring far-reaching view of the island of Reichenau, the Untersee and the greenery. You can enjoy this view while cooking, eating, in the living room, from the balcony as well as from one of the three bedrooms and the bathrooms. The village of Fruthwilen is situated at an altitude of about 550 metres above sea level and thus about 150 metres above Lake Constance. We are surrounded by fruit farmers and beautiful half-timbered houses.

For people who want to relax and live a health-conscious and innovative lifestyle, our holiday flat is the perfect place to realise their individual ideas and experience a modern living experience.

The holiday flat is located on the first floor. The bedrooms are spacious and bright. The master bedroom with double bed has a separate dressing room with ecological built-in furniture. Another bedroom is also equipped with a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds that can be moved around the room or alternatively used as a couch. The ecological built-in cupboards are in the hallway area in front. The main bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and double washbasin. The second bathroom has a shower, WC and a washbasin. All living rooms have oak parquet flooring and a decentralised ventilation system. All rooms have underfloor heating.

The balcony is equipped with a table, chairs, sunbeds and parasol. Next to the building, i.e. outside the holiday flat, there is another seating area with a lake view to the south-east.

We have combined advanced building techniques with intelligent efficiency systems and the benefits of luxurious interior design in a modern style. In doing so, we have been guided by the healthy lifestyle and used environmentally friendly building materials. To minimise electrosmog, all bedrooms are equipped with mains disconnectors that allow for electricity-free sleep. The building materials used, including the windows, help to reduce the high frequencies from outside in the living spaces.

Important information about the use of the apartment

Due to the high-quality parquet flooring in the rooms, street shoes may not be worn in the flat.

There is an absolute smoking ban in the entire house. The use of electric cigarettes and water pipes is also not permitted.

Supporting healthy sleep with mains decouplers

To minimise electrosmog, all bedrooms are equipped with mains disconnectors that enable electricity-free sleep. The building materials used, including the windows, help to reduce the high frequencies in the living spaces.

Parking possibilities

  • parking spaces in the underground car park
  • 2 parking spaces in front of the house. Please only use the two parking spaces between our house entrance and the fountain. DO NOT park next to the fountain at the neighbouring house. The neighbour has a right to walk and drive there.

Wheelchair users 

  • The apartment is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Cancellation conditions

In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 20 % of the rental price
  • 29 to 15 days before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price
  • 14 to 5 days before the start of the rental period: 75 % of the rental price
  • otherwise 90 % of the rental price.

The final cleaning is not included in the calculation of the cancellation conditions.

Payment, due date of the rent for the holiday apartment

After receipt of the booking confirmation, a deposit of 20 % is due within 10 days. The balance is due 14 days before arrival. Payments should be made to the landlord's account.

If there are 14 days or less between booking and arrival, the full amount is to be transferred to the landlord's account immediately after booking confirmation.

Deposit

The deposit of EUR 300 or CHF 330 is to be transferred with the rent.

Damages, private liability insurance of the tenants

The tenant is liable for damages caused by him or his travelling companions during your stay in the holiday flat. The tenant undertakes to inform us of any damage. The tenant checks on his own responsibility whether the damage caused by him or his travelling companions is covered by the personal liability insurance(s).

The master bedroom with a double bed has a separate dressing room with ecological built-in furniture and a desk. Another bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom has two single beds that can be moved. The ecological built-in wardrobes of bedrooms two and three are in the hallway area in front. These offer a lot of storage space.
